Will the Velcro hold? Will it hurt?
Our Velcro is not like the Velcro from the 90s! It's much softer and thinner, and it's very strong.
We also made sure that the strap has the soft side of the Velcro, but it should not be touching your skin if it's closed correctly. If it is touching your skin, we suggest you adjust the strap to its proper placement by feel or by looking in the mirror.
What is your shipping policy?
Economy shipping in the US is free for orders over $65.
Expedited 2-3 day shipping is available for $15.
For orders less than $65, it's $7 shipping & handling.
International shipping is available to most countries! We don't cover the cost of shipping or duties, but the price you get charged at checkout includes both of these costs, so your package does not get stuck at customs.
What is your exchanges & return policy?
