Who is the Easy-On Mobility Bra for?
Anyone who wants flexibility and ease in how they get dressed, whether because of age, an injury, illness, or disability.
How was the design created and tested?
Our patented bra was developed with input from over 500 women and over 30 clinicians. We also had women across different conditions (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis, stroke) test the bra and give us feedback.
How are your products manufactured?
We only partner with factories that have fair labor standards, meaning good wages and safe working conditions.
This bra may not work for me. Will you have more products?
Yes! We are constantly designing and developing new products. If you sign up for our emails, we’ll keep you informed on new product launches and product development opportunities.
How do I care for my bra?
To best care for your bra, make sure to close the Velcro front closure before washing.
Bras last the longest when hand washed with a gentle soap and hung to dry in a place without direct sunlight. We know this is not possible for everyone, so as an alternative, you can wash it in the washing machine on a gentle, cold cycle. Hang to dry.
Is the Easy-On Mobility Bra a racerback?
The bra is not a racerback, but it can work with racerback clips to make it a racerback. The straps are quite long, making it suitable for most shoulder heights.
Will the Velcro front closure rub my skin?
No, the part on the front strap is the loop (the soft piece). We also use a new Velcro product that’s softer and nicer than what’s been available before.
However, we do recommend checking to make sure the Velcro is on right, whether by touch or in the mirror, since a very misaligned placement can reduce the support.

Shipping Policy
At Springrose, we offer free shipping on US orders over $65. Our shipping service covers all 50 states. For standard shipping, please expect delivery in 5-7 business days, while express shipping takes 2-3 days.

Standard shipping is free on orders over $65, or $7 for orders under that. Express shipping costs $15.

We usually ship standard orders using USPS and express orders using FedEx. Occasionally, we may switch carriers to ensure you receive the best service.

Returns & Exchanges

Please note, this returns service is only available for US customers.
Return Policy (USA)
Springrose accepts returns for items in like-new condition and there is no cost to return. You have 35 days from the date we ship your order to initiate a return to qualify for a refund. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process after we receive your returns back. To start a new return, click here.
Exchange Policy (USA)
Springrose offers free exchanges on all orders. You can make a return up to 35 days after the date we ship your order and you receive your shipping confirmation email.
To start a new exchange, go to our returns portal and select the exchange option. Once your return is received, we will ship your exchange items to you.
Exchanges & Returns (International)
At this time, Springrose does not offer international returns or exchanges due to prohibitive shipping costs.

Returns Condition
We can only accept returns in like-new conditions. Items must be free of marks, damage and perfumes. If your item(s) arrived with extra hardware, these pieces must be included in your return.
If returns are received in anything other than like-new conditions, we cannot offer a refund, but you will be eligible for store credit.
Returns Cost
Returns and exchanges are free for US customers.
When will I get my refund?
Please allow up to 14 business days for refunds to be processed after we receive your returns back. Once processed, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Depending on your bank or credit card, it may take several days for the money to reach your account.
Please note we can only make refunds to your original form of payment, no exceptions.
What if my return is late?
To qualify for a full refund, your items must be scanned by the carrier within the 30 day returns window. If your return is sent outside the 30 day window, we can offer a store credit.
Pre-Orders
What are pre-orders?
Pre-orders are available for items that are in the process of being manufactured and are not available for immediate shipping.
Once the item is in stock, the order will ship automatically.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes, you may cancel your pre-order before it ships. Contact customer service for a store credit or refund. Once the order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
