Shipping (Holiday Season)
Springrose will be closed on December 24, 25, and 26, and December 30, 31, and January 1. We will operate during regular business hours during the rest of the holiday season.
Shipping delays can occur during the busy holiday season, so we recommend placing orders as soon as possible to ensure they arrive on time. Please refer to the last day to order information below.
Place orders by December 13 to ensure they arrive by Christmas day.

All customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to order tracking. For more information, please follow the advice below.
US customers - please contact USPS directly as they can provide the fastest status update.
International customers - please visit the order tracking dashboard provided in your shipping confirmation email. This page has detailed shipping updates and a live chat that will connect you directly with the postal carrier.

Shipping
Springrose offers free shipping on all US orders! International shipping is also available to most countries. We don't cover the cost of shipping or duties, but the price you get charged at checkout includes both of these costs so your package does not get stuck at customs!
Springrose currently ships to the United States. International shipping is available for most countries.
Shipping is free on all US Springrose orders. International customers will see their shipping cost populate once they start the checkout process.
Please allow 5-7 days from your order date for your items to be delivered.
We typically ship with USPS. Occasionally we may use other carriers if we feel that it's necessary to safely deliver your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are free, fast and easy for US customers. To start a new return or exchange, please click here.
Please note, Springrose only offers returns and exchanges for US customers at this time. We apologize to our international customers, but we hope to offer this service as we grow in size.
Springrose offers free exchanges on all orders. To start a new exchange, go to our returns portal and select the exchange option. Once your return is received, we will ship your exchange items to you. Exchanges are free.
Yes, you may need a printer to make an exchange or return with Springrose.
Springrose accepts returns for items in like-new condition and there is no cost to return. You have 30 days to send your items back to us to qualify for a refund. Refunds may take up to 14 days to process after we receive your returns back. To start a new return, click here.
We can only accept returns in like-new conditions. Items must be free of marks, damage and perfumes. If your item(s) arrived with extra hardware, these pieces must be included in your return.
If returns are received in anything other than like-new conditions, we cannot offer a refund and you will be eligible for store credit.
Springrose offers free returns on all orders.
Please allow up to 7 days for refunds to be processed after we receive your returns back. Once processed, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Depending on your bank or credit card, it may take several days for the money to reach your account. Please note we can only make refunds to your original form of payment.
To qualify for a full refund, your items must be scanned by the carrier within the 30 day returns window. If your return is sent outside the 30 day window, we can offer a store credit.
Backorders
On rare occasions, you might order an item that is not available due to an inventory miscount. If this happens, someone from customer service will contact you by email to let you know the item is backordered. As soon as your item restocks in our warehouse, we will ship it to you. If you ordered multiple items and some items are not backordered we will ship the available items right away. Your backordered items will be shipped to you as soon as they become available.
You will receive an email with the estimated backorder delivery date shortly after placing your order. And you will receive another email as soon as your backorder is on the way.
Yes, if you wish to cancel your backorder contact customer service for a store credit or refund.
