Our adaptive underwear for women combines the dressing ease of magnetic side closures with sensory-friendly comfort, soft modal fabric, tagless waistbands, and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified materials with no added PFAS.
Each pair opens flat at both hips so you can put them on while seated, standing, or lying in bed, without stepping through leg holes or pulling up with both hands.

Will the adaptive underwear's magnet closure unclasp unexpectedly?
No, our adaptive underwear has a magnet and hook system, so it will not open unexpectedly. The magnet helps it find easily align, and the hook keeps it in place.
How do I unclasp the adaptive underwear's magnetic closure?
Twist the closure to unlatch. If you pull it apart, over time the hook might develop cracks and eventually break.
Can the adaptive underwear be put in the wash?
We suggest hand washing, but it can be put in the wash. Please close the magnet, and wash on a cold gentle cycle. Hang dry. Do not put in the dryer.
What is the adaptive underwear made from?
Our adaptive underwear is made from modal — a tree fiber — and the gusset is 100% cotton.
