How To: Goddess Lift Mobility Bra
Easy as a 1-2-3
1 - Clasp the hooks
Close the hook and eye back closure to the desired tightness. You may need to adjust it after putting it on if it's too tight or too loose.
2 - Find your way on
Watch the videos below the identify which way(s) of putting on the bra will work for you. Attach the included o-rings if necessary.
3 - Adjust shoulder straps
Tighten or loosen the shoulder straps until they are snug on your shoulders and lifting the girls. Each side will likely need different adjustment amounts.

Stepping in
Apply the rings, open the Velcro front straps, and step in while seated or standing. Pull both rings at the same time to close, or do it one by one.
One-Handed
Open the Velcro front strap on the side you do have mobility. Put the bra on the non-mobile side first. Use the open Velcro strap to pull the cups together.
Like a vest
Open the Velcro strap on one side and flip the adaptive bra over your head, putting your arms through like a vest. Use the Velcro strap to pull the cups together.
Around the waist
Open Velcro strap on one side, put the bra low behind your back, reach with the other hand, pull up to your waist, thread strap and close. Put arms through the arm holes.
Overhead
Apply the rings, open the front Velcro straps, and pull on overhead while seated or standing. Pull both rings at the same time to close, or do it one by one.
Low vision
Attach ring to one strap, open both Velcro straps, put bra on, hold straps forward where you can see, thread strap through metal piece, close that strap first.
Undoing the bra's magnet one-handed
Play the video with sound for a voiceover: Put your thumb behind the magnet. Place two fingers on top of where the magnet attaches to the bra. Push.
Tips & tricks for the best bra fit
Velcro Alignment
Check by touch or sight to make sure the Velcro front straps are properly aligned and closed.
Attach the rings
Put the ring end that has the flat tip through the pocket first. Leave the rings on the bra.
Adjust the band
Don't be afraid to loosen the band if it starts to feel too tight.
Beware opening both Velcro straps
The metal piece in the middle is not attached to anything. Only open one Velcro strap, unless the rings are attached to the ends of the strap(s).
Front strap adjustments
Make micro-adjustments to the Velcro as needed. However, loosening the Velcro straps too much will reduce the bra's support.
